Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are securely protected for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
